The primary responsibilities of a Business Development Officer (BDO) include:
Identifying New Business Opportunities:
Researching and analyzing market trends, industry developments, and potential clients or partners to generate new leads and expand the company's customer base.
Building and Maintaining Relationships:
Establishing and nurturing relationships with existing clients, prospects, and partners to foster long-term business growth.
Developing Strategic Plans:
Creating and implementing business development strategies aligned with the company's goals to increase revenue and market share.
Conducting Market Research:
Gathering intelligence on competitors, market conditions, and customer needs to inform decision-making and identify areas for growth.
Preparing and Delivering Presentations:
Presenting proposals, pitches, and product/service information to prospective clients or partners convincingly.
Negotiating Contracts and Deals:
Facilitating negotiations to secure favorable terms and close deals that benefit the organization.
Collaborating with Internal Teams:
Working closely with marketing, sales, product development, and other departments to coordinate efforts and ensure successful project execution.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Tracking progress of development activities, preparing reports, and providing insights to senior management to inform strategic decisions.
Attending Networking Events:
Participating in industry events, conferences, and seminars to increase the company's visibility and network with potential clients and partners.
Achieving Sales Targets:
Meeting or exceeding set business development and sales objectives.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
