Generate new business opportunities by identifying and approaching potential clients.
Handle lead generation, client follow-ups, and convert leads into sales.
Conduct client meetings, explain real estate projects, and organize site visits.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and business development targets.
Conduct market research to identify competition and new opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
Prepare and maintain sales reports and client databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi).
Confident, self-motivated, and result-driven personality.
Knowledge/experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.
Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are welcome.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Emails, CRM tools) preferred.
Must hold a graduate degree.
