Pay:

Salary will be based on the candidate's experience

Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction projects Source and evaluate tenders, bids, and project leads Build and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, consultants, and suppliers Conduct market research on construction trends, competitors, and upcoming projects Prepare and submit proposals, quotations, and pre-qualification documents Coordinate with engineering, estimation, and project teams for accurate costing Negotiate contracts, pricing, and project terms with clients Track project pipelines and ensure timely follow-ups Support project handover from sales to execution teams Ensure client satisfaction and develop repeat business opportunities

Business Development Officer Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree/ MBA or similar. Experience in a similar role. Superb project management skills. Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects. Great written and verbal communication skills. A willingness to learn.
