About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced
Business Development Officer
to drive growth, build strategic partnerships, and expand market presence. The ideal candidate must have
at least 5 years of proven experience in the Fire Safety Industry or Automobile Industry
, with strong industry networks and a deep understanding of market dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in targeted markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and industry partners.
Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive activities.
Develop and implement strategic sales and business development plans to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Operations) to ensure excellent customer service and timely project delivery.
Track sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to management.
Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows to promote company products and capabilities.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum
5 years of experience
in
Fire Industry (Fire Safety Equipment, Fire Protection Systems, Fire Engineering)
or Automobile Industry (Automotive Sales, Components, Dealerships, OEMs)
.
Strong understanding of market structures, customer segments, and business dynamics in the respective industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets or business growth milestones.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software is an advantage.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
