2. Prospecting & Lead Generation
Identify and reach out to potential clients such as farmers, agri-cooperatives, distributors, and agribusiness organizations.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking events, industry conferences, and targeted online research.
3. Sales Presentations & Product Demonstrations
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and product demos to highlight the value of our agricultural solutions.
Clearly communicate the benefits and unique selling points of our offerings while addressing customer challenges.
4. Customer Engagement & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
Conduct regular client visits and engage in discussions to understand their evolving needs and ensure customer satisfaction.
5. Negotiation & Deal Closure
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure business opportunities.
Achieve sales targets and successfully close deals within assigned territories or market segments.
6. Cross-Functional Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams--including product development, marketing, and customer support--to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
Share customer insights and field feedback to help refine products, services, and sales strategies.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates using CRM tools.
Prepare periodic reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities for management review.
