We are a fast-growing Website Design & Software Development Company based in Mumbai, seeking a Business Development Manager (BDM) who can drive sales, build client relationships, and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads via calls, emails, and digital platforms
Schedule meetings, conduct client presentations, and close deals
Develop and manage corporate tie-ups and long-term client relationships
Negotiate contracts and maintain a strong sales pipeline
Coordinate with the technical team for project execution
Use CRM tools for tracking client interaction and updates
Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Basic English proficiency
Ability to manage meetings and follow-ups independently
Familiarity with CRM software and lead management tools
Confident, target-driven, and proactive personality

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
