SmarkLab Media is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager to lead revenue growth through strategic client management and new business generation. The role involves overseeing key accounts, managing ad sales, and driving partnerships across digital and print media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive ad sales and sponsorships across digital, social, and print media properties.
- Identify and onboard new clients, brands, and agencies for media partnerships.
- Lead negotiations, pricing discussions, and closure of sales deals.
- Supervise and guide junior sales or business development team members.
- Analyze market trends and identify new revenue streams.
- Develop sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.
- Maintain regular reporting and performance tracking for leadership.
Requirements:
- 2-4 years of proven experience in media or advertising sales.
- Strong network within agencies, brands, and PR firms.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on business growth.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
