Business Development Officer
to join our team and expand our business in the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and sell Hygiene Fresh products in the assigned area.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the company.
Identify, approach, and onboard new customers to grow the business.
Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, hotels, corporates, healthcare, institutions, and other clients.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to explain product benefits.
Monitor competitor activity and share market insights with management.
Ensure timely order collection and payment follow-up as per company policy.
Visit customers regularly to ensure satisfaction and provide after-sales support.
Work with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth supply and service.
Submit accurate daily/weekly sales reports to management.

Requirements
1-3 years of sales experience (FMCG, hygiene, cleaning, or related industry preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
