Job Summary:



The

Business Development Officer - B2B (Dealer Channel)

will be responsible for

developing, managing, and expanding Apple product sales exclusively through dealer points

in the Kollam region.

This role is strictly

channel-focused

, involving

dealer onboarding, relationship management, secondary sales push, and dealer performance improvement

. There is

no direct end-customer selling

involved.

Key Responsibilities



Develop and manage

Apple product sales through existing and new dealer points

in Kollam. Identify and onboard

potential dealer partners

as per company policy. Strengthen relationships with

Apple dealers

to improve secondary sales. Ensure proper

product availability, visibility, and merchandising

at dealer outlets. Communicate

schemes, offers, pricing updates, and sales programs

to dealers. Track dealer-wise sales performance and ensure

target achievement

. Coordinate with internal teams for

order processing, stock movement, and billing

. Conduct

regular market visits

to dealer locations for business development. Collect market intelligence on

competition, pricing, and dealer feedback

. Ensure compliance with

brand guidelines and company policies

at dealer points. Maintain accurate

dealer data, visit reports, and sales records

.

Skills & Competencies Required



Strong

communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of

B2B / channel sales concepts

Ability to build long-term

dealer relationships

Target-driven and result-oriented mindset Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory Basic knowledge of

Apple products / consumer electronics

(preferred) Working knowledge of

MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
