Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Officer to drive client acquisition for our growing waste management company in Kochi. This field-based role involves visiting corporate offices and commercial establishments to promote our waste collection and recycling services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit potential clients, including offices, IT parks, clinics, restaurants, and commercial units
Present and explain waste management and recycling solutions to key decision-makers
Convert leads into active service contracts and assist with client onboarding
Build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure renewals and retention
Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets
Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, and closures
Submit daily and weekly activity and performance reports
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales (B2B, industrial, or facility services preferred)
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English (knowledge of Hindi is a plus)
Willingness to travel within Kochi for client meetings
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive approach
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
