motivated and proactive Business Development Officer
to support client acquisition for our growing waste management company in Kochi. This is a field-based role involving visits to corporate offices, institutions, and commercial establishments to promote our waste collection and recycling solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit potential clients, including offices, IT parks, clinics, restaurants, and other commercial establishments
Explain waste management and recycling services to key decision-makers
Convert leads into service contracts and ensure smooth client onboarding
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive renewals and retention
Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets
Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, and sales activities
Submit daily and weekly reports on field activities and performance
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (B2B, industrial, or facility services preferred)
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi is a plus
Willingness to travel across Kochi for client visits
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
Valid two-wheeler driving license preferred

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
