Adridge Media, one of the leading digital marketing agencies in Trivandrum, are looking for a passionate and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and help drive our client growth initiatives.The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle. They should be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones. They should have evidence of strong sales skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities

Develop business by converting inbound enquiries generated through in-house digital marketing activities Understand client requirements and identify customer needs effectively Pitch relevant products or services tailored to the client's business goals Handle end-to-end presales and post-sales activities Follow up with prospects and clients to ensure smooth communication and conversion Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction Present and promote digital marketing services to prospective clients through cold calls, email outreach, and professional networking Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful project delivery Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to management

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales, digital marketing sales, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in

English and Malayalam

. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Experience in the full sales cycle including deal closing. Demonstrated sales success Strong negotiation skills
