We are hiring a Business Development Officer for a fast-growing waste management company in Kochi. This is a field-sales role where you will visit corporate offices, institutions, and commercial establishments to promote our waste collection and recycling services and acquire new clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and visit potential clients such as offices, IT parks, clinics, restaurants, and commercial buildings.
Present waste management and recycling solutions to key decision-makers.
Convert prospects into confirmed service contracts and ensure smooth onboarding.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support renewals.
Meet monthly sales and client acquisition targets.
Maintain proper records of visits, leads, and sales activities.
Submit daily/weekly sales reports to the team.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of field sales experience (B2B, industrial, or facility service experience preferred).
Strong communication skills in Malayalam and English; Hindi is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel across Kochi for sales meetings.
Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence preferred.
