Key Responsibilities
Identify, approach, and onboard institutional clients such as:
Hospitals, Clinics & Healthcare Centres
Pharmacies & Medical Stores
Medical Distributors & Supply Channels
Old Age/Assisted Living Homes & Senior Care Facilities
Play Schools, Day Care Centres & Early Learning Centres
Build strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement personnel.
Conduct product presentations, client meetings, and follow-up visits.
Understand client needs and recommend suitable product solutions.
Negotiate pricing, close sales, and ensure on-time order fulfillment.
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, conversations, and outcomes.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Track competitor activity and market trends to support strategic planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-4 years of experience in Institutional Sales / Field Sales (Healthcare / Pharma / FMCG preferred).
Excellent verbal communication and
strong interpersonal skills.
Confidence in presenting and engaging with clients at different levels.
Ability to build trust and maintain long-term business relationships.
Fluent in
English and local language
.
Willingness to travel daily for field visits.

Compensation
