We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven
Business Development Officer
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular visits to colleges, universities, training centers, and other institutions to promote the company's services and build new business opportunities.
Establish and nurture strong relationships with educational administrators, placement officers, and decision-makers.
Represent the company at campus events, seminars, exhibitions, and promotional activities to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
Deliver engaging presentations and proposals during face-to-face meetings with potential clients or partners.
Negotiate terms and close institutional partnerships to meet or exceed business development targets.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, operations, customer support) to ensure seamless onboarding and satisfaction of partner institutions.
Maintain detailed records of field visits, client interactions, and performance metrics; provide regular updates to management.
Requirements:
Any degree , or a related field.
Proven experience (1 year above in sales, business development, or a similar role.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in MS Office .
