Business Development Officer

to expand our client base and strengthen our market presence.

Job Responsibilities

Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, lead generation, and market research. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand business needs and propose suitable digital solutions. Present and pitch website development, SEO, social media marketing, and other digital services to potential clients. Collaborate with the marketing and project teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and client presentations. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by closing new deals and retaining existing clients. Maintain an updated CRM/sales pipeline and provide regular reports on business development activities. Participate in industry events, client meetings, and networking opportunities to promote company services. Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Key Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience (1-3 years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in IT/Digital Marketing). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand client requirements and suggest tailored digital solutions. Self-motivated with a target-driven approach. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and online research.
