We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This is a core position in our startup and will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client interactions, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting with business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

? Handle B2B and B2C customer inquiries and follow-ups

? Generate leads through retail, wholesale, and exhibitions

? Coordinate with manufacturing, packing, and dispatch teams

? Maintain sales records, manage inventory updates, and assist in basic accounts

? Support marketing campaigns via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email

? Ensure smooth office functioning and communication flow

Candidate Profile:

? Graduate in Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred

? 1-2 years experience in sales, client management, or admin roles

? Fluent in English and Malayalam

? Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital tools

? Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask

? Comfortable working in a startup environment with growth mindset

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
