Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. This is a core position in our startup and will involve overseeing day-to-day operations, managing client interactions, supporting sales initiatives, and assisting with business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle B2B and B2C customer inquiries and follow-ups


Generate leads through retail, wholesale, and exhibitions


Coordinate with manufacturing, packing, and dispatch teams


Maintain sales records, manage inventory updates, and assist in basic accounts


Support marketing campaigns via WhatsApp, Instagram, and email


Ensure smooth office functioning and communication flow

Candidate Profile:

Graduate in Business, Commerce, or Marketing preferred


1-2 years experience in sales, client management, or admin roles


Fluent in English and Malayalam


Proficient in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic digital tools


Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask


Comfortable working in a startup environment with growth mindset

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
