Dangura Digital is looking for a proactive and result-driven
Business Development Officer
to drive client acquisition and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and convert prospects into long-term partners for our advertising and digital marketing services.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, prospect, and generate new business opportunities for branding, digital marketing, social media, video production, and creative services
Pitch Dangura Digital's services to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and proposals
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporates, SMEs, startups, and marketing decision-makers
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal creative, marketing, and strategy teams
Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts and negotiate commercial terms
Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
Attend networking events, exhibitions, and client meetings to expand the business pipeline
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
2-5 years of experience in business development or sales within an ad agency or digital marketing firm
Strong understanding of advertising, branding, digital marketing, and creative services
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to close deals and meet revenue targets
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and confident in client interactions
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools
Preferred Skills
Existing client network in advertising, marketing, or corporate sectors
Experience in handling B2B clients
Knowledge of social media, performance marketing, and video production services

Pay: ₹30,000.90 - ₹86,622.93 per month
