Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Research, identify, and connect with prospective clients Understand customer needs and propose suitable interior design solutions Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the customer base Follow up on leads, inquiries, and convert prospects into customers Negotiate and close deals effectively

Requirements

2+ years of experience preferred Proven track record of achieving sales targets preffered Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Strong market research and client relationship management skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
