Job Description

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:

Identify and target potential clients in need of advertising, branding, digital marketing, and creative solutions. Develop and execute strategies to acquire new business and expand the agency's client base.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

Pitch the agency's services, including branding, social media marketing, digital campaigns, print advertising, and video production. Prepare and present compelling proposals to potential clients. Negotiate and close deals that align with the agency's goals and capabilities.

Client Relationship Management:

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals. Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.

Market Research & Strategy:

Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities. Provide insights and recommendations to improve service offerings and marketing strategies.

Collaboration & Reporting:

Work closely with creative, digital, and account management teams to align business development efforts with agency capabilities. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and business growth strategies.

Requirements:

Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition within an advertising, marketing, or digital agency. Strong understanding of branding, advertising, social media marketing, and digital campaigns. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Knowledge of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related field. Experience in handling B2B and B2C clients. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software.
