Key Responsibility Areas-
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
Develop and execute territory- wise sales planning to maximize product outreach and revenue.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities with Hospitals, Nursing- Homes, Clinics, and Diagnostic Centres, Enterprises, Educational Institutions etc.
Presenting compelling proposals, negotiating product price and achieving new business opportunities.
2. Customer Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders including owners, hospital managers, doctors, healthcare specialists, administrative staff etc.
Conduct regular follow-ups and provide timely support for queries, orders, and after-sales service.
Analyze potential Channel Partners, potential officials in Hospital/Clinic/Nursing Homes/Diagnostic Centres for product outreach, and influencers in the assigned region.
3. Product Promotion & Demonstration
Educate healthcare professionals on product features, benefits, and usage protocols through detailed product presentations and demos.
Stay updated with product portfolio knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
4. Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with internal teams like Digital Marketing, BDM etc. and coordinate well with the IT team for timely and seamless product delivery, order fulfillment and client satisfaction.
Submit weekly/fortnightly/monthly sales reports, market feedback, and business prospects to the Reporting Manager.
5. Compliances & Documentation
Ensure all activities comply with ethical sales practices, and company policies.
Maintain accurate records of sales, client interactions, billing, and documentation.

Any Graduate, preferably with a background in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Proven working experience into Lead generation, Business Development, IT Sales- Products & Services, or a relevant role.
Experience in B2B sales, client servicing is an advantage.
Able to effectively communicate with clients and convince for the product sales.
Experience in lead generation and prospect management via various platforms.
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team.
Expert in requirement gathering.
Strong in logic/flow/technology and cost negotiation.
Self- motivated, Self- driven, Target oriented, and Territory- savvy.
