Job Summary:
We're looking for a proactive Business Development Officer to drive home interior sales in Chennai. You'll identify new opportunities, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets by promoting Homwork innovative design solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate and pursue new sales leads in the home interior market.
Good Connect with Architect, Builders (or) Contractors
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Present Homwork services and solutions to potential clients.
Negotiate and close sales to meet targets.
Collaborate with design and project teams for seamless execution.
Maintain accurate sales records and report on performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in home interiors, real estate, or a related sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Goal-oriented with a strong drive for sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Fluency in Tamil and English.
