Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the business development team to achieve sales and growthtargets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities and markets.
Build long-term relationships with key clients.
Develop and implement business development strategies that align withcompany objectives.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and competitors.
Prepare proposals, contracts, and presentations for potential clients.
Negotiate and close deals with clients.
Monitor and report on the performance of business development initiatives
