The Business Development Officer - Migration is responsible for promoting and selling migration and visa services to prospective clients. This is a
target-based sales role
focused on converting inquiries into clients, and contributing to the overall growth of the organization in the migration and overseas education sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Explain immigration and migration services, eligibility, and procedures to potential clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain a database of client interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with the processing and documentation teams for smooth file handling.
Participate in promotional events, seminars, and marketing activities.
Keep updated on immigration laws, policies, and program changes.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Sales (preferably in Migration, Overseas Education, or Consulting)
Freshers with strong communication skills and intrest in immigration sales may also apply
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and result-oriented.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
