We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-driven
Telecaller Executive
with excellent communication skills in
English, Telugu, and Hindi (Preferred)
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for explaining our products and services to potential customers over the phone and in person. If you are passionate about sales, enjoy interacting with people, and have a go-getter attitude, we'd love to meet you.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to explain our products and services.
Understand customer needs and offer solutions that match their requirements.
Schedule and conduct in-person meetings with clients when required.
Follow up on leads, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Requirements:
Proven experience in telecalling or sales roles (minimum 2+ years preferred).
Excellent verbal communication skills in
English, Telugu, and Hindi
.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
Willingness to travel within Visakhapatnam and nearby areas for client meetings.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive approach.
Basic computer knowledge to maintain call records.
MBA, BBA (preferred) or any degree
Salary & Benefits:
Fixed Salary:
?15,000 to 20,000 per month
