Job Summary
The Business Development Manager (BDM) - Education Counseling is responsible for driving student enrollments, expanding institutional partnerships, and increasing revenue through strategic sales and relationship management. The role involves managing counselors, developing new business channels, and promoting international education programs across multiple destinations.
Business Development & Sales
Drive student enrollment targets for international education programs (UG/PG/Diploma/Language Courses).
Identify and develop new business opportunities through schools, colleges, agents, franchises, and corporate tie-ups.
Develop and execute market expansion strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Partner & Institutional Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and international partners.
Negotiate agreements, commissions, and partnership terms with institutions and agencies.
Coordinate with application and admissions teams to ensure smooth student processing.
Marketing & Lead Generation
Work closely with the marketing team on campaigns, events, webinars, seminars, and fairs.
Represent the organization at education fairs, school visits, and promotional events.

Knowledge of international admissions processes, visas, and eligibility criteria

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related field
1-5 years of experience in education counseling, overseas education, or B2C sales
Proven track record of achieving enrollment or revenue targets
Experience working with international universities is a strong advantage

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
