Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the TMT steel market (dealers, builders, contractors, and infrastructure projects).
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential areas for expansion.
Coordinate with the marketing and logistics teams for smooth order processing and delivery.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management.
Participate in promotional activities, trade fairs, and dealer meets to increase brand visibility.
Collect feedback from clients to improve product and service offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in sales/business development, preferably in
steel, construction, or building materials
.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and meet targets under deadlines.
Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
