Job Responsibilities:



Identify and generate new business leads for recruitment and staffing services. Research potential clients through LinkedIn, job portals, databases, and industry networks. Contact and qualify prospects via calls, emails, and social media outreach. Schedule meetings or demos for the Business Development Manager with potential clients. Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information. Support proposal creation and assist in client presentations when needed. Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to understand service offerings. Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and conversion targets

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
