What You'll Do:
Identify new business opportunities and potential clients across industries.
Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Coordinate with the creative and strategy teams to build tailored solutions for clients.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure smooth communication post-deal closure.
Research market trends, competitors, and upcoming opportunities.
Represent the agency at events, meetings, and activations.
What We're Looking For:
1-3 years of experience in business development, marketing, or client servicing (agency experience preferred).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A strong understanding of marketing, digital trends, and brand positioning.
Self-driven, confident, and good with people.
Someone who loves both -- numbers andideas.
Bonus Points If You:
Have prior experience with creative agencies or digital marketing firms.
Are comfortable pitching both in-person and online.
Have a network or client base you can activate early on.
