Job Summary:



The Sales Officer is responsible for generating sales, building strong customer relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, promoting company products/services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.

Key Responsibilities:



Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Identify new markets and business opportunities to expand customer base. Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients. Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with customers. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and after-sales support to ensure customer retention. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and daily activities in CRM or reports. Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction. Attend sales meetings, trainings, and promotional events as required.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and persuasion abilities. Target-driven and self-motivated. Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Experience:



Experience:

1-3 years of sales experience (FMCG, Banking, Real Estate, or relevant industry preferred).

Language:

Proficiency in local language. Good comminication.

Driving License:

(if applicable) - valid two/four-wheeler license.

Performance Metrics:



Achievement of sales targets and growth objectives. Customer acquisition and retention rate. Quality of client relationships and satisfaction. Accuracy and timeliness of reports and documentation.
