About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven
Business Development Officer
to join our team. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market research, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Prepare and deliver effective business presentations, proposals, and pitches.
Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends and competitor activities.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain records of business development activities, client interactions, and progress reports.
Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's degree.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition (preferred).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
