The Business Development Officer at Vitson Steel will be responsible for

A.

Dealer management

Motivate dealers to meet the targets/order booking from the dealers Provide support to dealers in sales activity Collection of outstanding from dealers Generate leads and pass them to the dealers Locate territories for appointment of new dealers

B.

Brand promotion

Participate in all brand promotion activities in assigned territory Be thorough about brand characteristics and offering Develop network and relationship with influencer community - Architects, Engineers, Contractors, Masons, End consumers etc.

C.

Reporting

Compliances to daily report and other business reporting Lead generation, conversion and reporting Prompt reporting of expenses, reimbursements, claims etc.

Desired Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline / MBA Command over local language (should be able to write, read , speak ) Should possess good communication skills and a go-getter attitude Working knowledge of English, MS Office, Internet and Email Willing to travel extensively by two wheeler
