Role Overview The Associate - Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the institution's brand visibility, student enrollment, and overall growth by formulating and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This role requires managing cross-channel campaigns, leading a small team, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure the institution's marketing goals are achieved effectively.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning o Develop and oversee comprehensive marketing plans aligned with institutional objectives. o Identify growth opportunities, define positioning, and implement strategies to strengthen the institution's brand image.

2. Campaign Management o Plan, manage, and evaluate multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, and events. o Ensure consistent brand messaging and high-impact execution of campaigns.

3. Content & Communication o Guide the creation of impactful marketing materials including brochures, web content, blogs, and social media updates. o Ensure all content is aligned with the brand voice and resonates with the target audience.

4. Market Research & Insights o Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to identify industry trends and student preferences. o Use insights to optimize marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness.

5. Lead Generation & Conversion o Implement innovative lead generation strategies to drive inquiries and conversions. o Oversee lead nurturing processes to support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets.

6. Budget & Performance Management o Manage the marketing budget efficiently, ensuring optimal ROI across campaigns. o Track KPIs, prepare performance reports, and recommend improvements.

7. Relationship & Stakeholder Management o Build strong relationships with students, parents, alumni, educational consultants, and external partners. o Collaborate with academic and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with institutional goals.

8. Team Leadership o Mentor and guide junior marketing executives, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and performance. o Ensure smooth coordination within the marketing team and with cross functional departments. Qualifications & Skills o

Qualifications & Skills



Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. 3-6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the education/EdTech sector. Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales and enrollment targets. Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to analyze data, prepare reports, and make data-driven decisions. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working both independently and in a team. o Ready to travel as part of marketing and business expansion activities.
