We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Brand Partner (BDO Manager) to drive business growth for our digital marketing firm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new clients, building strong brand partnerships, and achieving revenue targets through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for digital marketing services
Build and maintain strong relationships with brands, clients, and strategic partners
Pitch digital marketing solutions including social media marketing, paid ads, branding, and website development
Prepare proposals, presentations, and commercial negotiations
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction
Represent the company at networking events, meetings, and industry forums
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or brand partnerships (preferably in a digital marketing agency)
Strong understanding of digital marketing services and trends
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Ability to build long-term client relationships
Self-motivated, goal-driven, and confident in client interactions
Proficiency in MS Office, and basic reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience handling corporate or brand clients
Exposure to B2B sales in marketing, media, or advertising
