Pay: ₹9,163.86 - ?17,200.00 per month + Performance Incentives

Job Type: Full-Time (In-Person)

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and smart Business Development / Marketing Officer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

o Drive sales and marketing activities for the institute

o Meet clients and achieve monthly sales targets

o Manage and maintain strong client relationships

o Conduct outdoor marketing and promotional campaigns

o Strategize and implement plans to grow business revenue

o Visit schools, colleges, corporates, tuition centres, and coaching centres

Requirements:

o Graduate with experience in education industry sales & marketing

o Hardworking, punctual, smart, and target-driven

o Strong communication skills; ability to handle pressure professionally

o Willingness to travel for field activities

o Ready to work with monthly targets

Salary & Benefits:

o Pay: ₹9000- ?16000 per month
