Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented business development officer to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the company's growth through strategic sales and market expansion.

Roles & Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities Generate leads through calls, meetings, and networking Build and maintain strong relationships with clients Present company products/services to potential customers Negotiate contracts and close business deals Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets Conduct market research and analyze competitors Prepare proposals, presentations, and business reports Coordinate with sales and marketing teams

Requirements & Skills:



Proven experience as a Business Development Officer or similar role Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Ability to build long-term client relationships Target-driven and self-motivated Good analytical and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)

Education & Experience:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

1-5 years of experience in business development or sales

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
