Key Responsibilities



Market & Client Research:

Conduct research to find emerging trends, analyze customer needs, and study competitors.

Strategy Development:

Create and implement plans to expand the customer base and enter new markets.

Lead Generation & Sales:

Identify potential clients, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients.

Collaboration:

Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent strategies.

Financial Oversight:

Analyze financial data, track expenses, and ensure revenue targets are met.

Mentorship:

Train and mentor junior business development staff.

Essential Skills & Qualifications



Strong communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills. Excellent negotiation and interpersonal abilities. Analytical skills for market and financial data. Proactive, confident, and results-oriented attitude. Proficiency with MS Office Suite and CRM software. Experience in sales, marketing, or a relevant industry. Ability to work independently and in a team.
