Great River Financial Services Inc. is a leading provider of Managed IT Services, AI-driven Staffing Solutions, and Break-Fix Field Support across North America. We are expanding rapidly and seeking a motivated
Business Development Officer
to drive growth in our IT and staffing divisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities in IT services and staffing solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with MSPs, enterprise clients, and vendor partners.
Respond to RFPs and prepare compelling proposals tailored to client requirements.
Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and close deals to meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients.
Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences.
Maintain a detailed CRM of prospects, leads, and follow-ups.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT Services, MSP Sales, or Staffing Sales (North American market preferred).
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of B2B solution selling in technology or workforce services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred:
Experience selling managed services, break/fix field support, or staffing to enterprise clients.
Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRMs.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
