We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented
Business Development Officer
to support the growth and expansion of our business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, nurturing leads, and securing new business opportunities to help drive long-term success.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Assist in developing and implementing strategic business development plans.
Conduct presentations, product demos, and meetings to pitch company products/services.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop proposals and promotional materials.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and documentation to track performance and pipeline progress.
Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote the company and build contacts.
Follow up on leads and conduct cold calls or outreach to generate interest and schedule appointments.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
