Business Development Officer (BDO)

Position: Business Development Officer

Department: Business Development & Partnerships

Location: Pune / Maharashtra

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.

? Generate leads and convert them into long-term associations.

? Meet clients, understand requirements, and pitch 1 Visiion Family services.

? Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

? Create proposals, presentations, and commercial terms for clients.

? Achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.

? Coordinate with internal teams for execution of events, marketing, and operations.

? Represent the company in meetings, events, and networking platforms.

Skills Required:

? Strong communication & negotiation skills.

? Ability to build and maintain client relationships.

? Goal-oriented, confident, and good at closing deals.

? Basic knowledge of social media, events, and brand promotions.

? Ready to travel when required.

Qualification:

? Graduate / MBA preferred.

? Minimum 1-3 years of experience in business development or client servicing

(freshers with strong skills can be considered).

Marketing Executive

Position: Marketing Executive

Department: Marketing & Promotions

Location: Pune / Maharashtra

Key Responsibilities:

? Execute marketing campaigns for events and brand activities.

? Generate leads through online and offline marketing activities.

? Handle social media promotions in coordination with the digital team.

? Conduct field activities, tie-ups, and ground promotions.

? Support in planning and execution of 1 Visiion Family events.

? Prepare marketing reports and daily activity updates.

? Represent the brand during exhibitions, sponsorship meetings, and collaborations.

Skills Required:

? Good communication & presentation skills.

? Understanding of digital marketing basics.

? Creative thinking and proactive approach.

? Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.

? Basic knowledge of Canva, MS Office (added advantage).

Qualification:

? Graduate (Marketing / Mass Media / Business preferred).

? 0-2 years of experience (freshers welcome).

Telecaller / Customer Support Executive

Position: Telecaller

Department: Customer Relations / Sales Support

Location: Pune / Work from Office

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

? Make outbound calls to prospective clients, leads, and partners.

? Explain 1 Visiion Family products, services, events, and offers.

? Maintain follow-up with interested clients and convert leads.

? Handle inbound inquiries and provide necessary information.

? Maintain daily call records, lead sheets, and reporting.

? Schedule meetings for senior team members.

? Ensure high customer satisfaction through polite and professional communication.

Skills Required:

? Excellent verbal communication in Marathi, Hindi & basic English.

? Good convincing skills and confidence on calls.

? Ability to handle pressure and meet call/lead targets.

? Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Sheets).

Qualification:

? HSC / Graduate

? Experience: 0-2 years (freshers accepted).

Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
