Role Summary
We are looking for a
Business Development Executive
with a
minimum of 3 years of agency experience
to help us scale revenue, acquire new clients, and achieve ambitious sales targets. The right candidate will bring strong sales acumen, a proven track record, and excellent relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
Generate qualified leads through research, networking, calls, emails, and referrals
Manage end-to-end client acquisition: prospecting ? pitch ? proposal ? negotiation ? closure
Achieve and exceed sales targets (monthly, quarterly, yearly)
Develop customized proposals, sales decks, and compelling pitches
Maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and upselling
Work closely with internal teams (creative, media, tech) to deliver on promises
Track pipeline, forecast revenue, and prepare regular sales reports
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategy
Required Qualifications & Skills
Minimum 3 years
of sales/business development experience in a
digital marketing/advertising agency
Proven ability to achieve and exceed revenue targets
Strong understanding of digital marketing services (SEO, social, paid ads, websites, branding)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Confident in handling CXO-level conversations and closing deals
Strong pipeline management & familiarity with CRM tools
Self-driven, target-oriented, and persistent
KPIs
Number of new clients acquired
Monthly/quarterly revenue generated
Lead-to-deal conversion ratio
Average deal size
Repeat/retained business revenue
