Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients within the recruitment and staffing sector.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
Support the development and execution of business growth strategies.
Prepare and present proposals, presentations, and business agreements to clients.
Attend client meetings and ensure regular follow-ups to strengthen partnerships.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and business activities using CRM tools.
Requirements
Minimum
3 years of experience

recruitment or staffing industry

Bachelor's degree is mandatory;
MBA or equivalent qualification is preferred

Hindi , Malayalam and English speaking person preferable.
