Key Responsibilities

:

Deliver compelling product explanations and company presentations

Convert leads through effective closing strategies

Maintain and update CRM systems accurately

Consistently achieve weekly, monthly and quarterly sales targets

Inspire and motivate team members to maximize performance

Take overall responsibility for driving business development efforts

Requirements

:

1-3 years of experience in business development or sales (preferably in tech or EdTech)

Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Self-motivated, organized, and result-oriented

Ability to work independently and within a team environment
