Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented
Business Development Officer (BDO)
with a minimum of
2 years of experience in IT sales
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth through IT services and solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Sales
Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities for IT services such as web development, mobile apps, digital marketing, AI automation, and custom software solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings.
Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
Present company services effectively to prospects and convert leads into long-term clients.
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with technical teams to propose suitable solutions.
Handle negotiations, pricing discussions, and close deals aligned with company objectives.
Proposal & Documentation
Prepare proposals, quotations, presentations, and contracts in coordination with internal teams.
Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain accurate sales documentation and CRM updates.
Coordination & Reporting
Collaborate closely with marketing, technical, and project management teams.
Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports for management review.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & QualificationsExperience & Education
Minimum
2 years of proven experience in IT sales / business development
.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field (preferred).
Technical & Sales Skills
Strong understanding of IT services (Web, App Development, Digital Marketing, SaaS, Automation, etc.).
Experience in B2B sales, lead generation, and client acquisition.
Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal writing, and sales funnels.
Communication & Personal Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Hindi/Gujarati is a plus).
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Professional attitude with a problem-solving mindset.
