1. Sales & Business Development:
Drive sales of solar on-grid inverters, Micro and solar hybrid inverters, in the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new channel partners, distributors, and dealers to expand market reach.
Build and maintain relationships with key customers, EPC contractors, and solar consultants.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business goals.
2. Team Management & Performance Tracking:
Lead, train, and motivate Distributor Executives/ CPs in the area to ensure high performance.
Conduct regular sales one to one meetings.
Ensure proper tracking of leads, follow-ups, and closures using CRM tools.
Address and resolve challenges faced by the team in meeting sales targets.
3. Market Intelligence & Strategy Implementation:
Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies, pricing trends, and customer demands.
Develop sales strategies aligned with company objectives and industry trends.
Provide inputs on product positioning, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
4. Customer Engagement & After-Sales Support:
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing technical queries and service requests.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure smooth installation and after-sales support.
Conduct product training and awareness sessions for clients and channel partners.
5. Reporting & Compliance:
Maintain and submit weekly/monthly sales reports, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and contract terms.
Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with finance teams for timely collections.
