Business Development Officer - Beauty & Personal Care - 3+ Years - Chennai
An exciting opportunity for sales-driven professionals to join a leading beauty and personal care organization. This role focuses on business growth, key account management, sales execution, and brand visibility across salons and beauty channels.

Responsibilities - * Manage and service top salon customers while monitoring BCs within the assigned territory

• Drive business growth, collections, visibility, and in-market activities
• Build strong relationships with key clients and lead business negotiations
• Achieve sales and collection targets through coordination with dealers, SS, and internal teams
• Plan and execute primary & secondary sales targets on weekly and monthly basis

Requirements - * 3+ years of experience in Salon / Beauty / Skincare / Haircare industry

• Strong exposure to field sales, channel management, and salon handling
• Ability to drive visibility, promotions, and market execution
• Good negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
• Result-oriented with strong ownership of territory performance
