. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic communicator with a passion for technology, capable of generating leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales cycle through a mix of marketing and direct sales techniques.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Lead Generation (Focus)
Lead Generation:
Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, with a strong emphasis on
LinkedIn Marketing
and online research.
B2B Sales:
Execute effective
B2B sales
strategies, managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to closure.
Product Demonstrations:
Conduct compelling and clear
Software Product Demos
online to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition and features.
CRM Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales and marketing activities, contacts, and opportunities in
Zoho CRM
(or a similar CRM platform).
Sales Closure:
Drive sales to closure, working towards and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Marketing and Communication
Content and Communication:
Develop and execute effective communication strategies to nurture leads and build rapport with potential clients.
Marketing Support:
Assist in various digital marketing tasks and campaigns to support overall lead generation efforts.
Communication Skills:
Utilize exceptional
communication skills
(both written and verbal) to engage prospects, handle objections, and explain complex software solutions simply.
Qualifications and Requirements
Education
Required:
BBA, MBA in Marketing, or any Bachelor's degree with relevant skills and experience.
Experience
Required:0 - 1 year of experience
in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field. Fresh graduates with strong aptitude and relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
