Business Development Manager

for our

MICE and Business Travel Division

This mid-level role reporting into the Regional Head Business Development focuses on maintaining and growing corporate relationships, driving sales, and enhancing client wallet share in the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and grow relationships with existing corporate clients to generate repeat MICE and business travel opportunities.

Identify and onboard new corporate accounts to expand the company's business portfolio.

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of MICE programs and travel solutions.

Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and monitor competitor activities.

Prepare and present customized proposals and negotiate contracts to close deals.

Deliver superior client servicing and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Generate periodic sales reports and provide insights for business improvement.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Min. 4-5 years

of proven experience in

MICE Sales / Business Travel Sales

with a strong record of achieving targets.

Established network in the

corporate and travel industry

preferred.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
