Key Responsibilities
Drive the BD & alliances roadmap aligned with business goals
Build and manage partnerships with special needs schools, therapy centres, NGOs, wellness clinics, and corporates
Identify new alliance opportunities and expand into new institutional verticals
Lead, mentor, and manage a BD & field alliances team
Oversee on-ground execution, partner engagement, and quality delivery
Own revenue targets and conversion through partner channels
Track performance using CRM tools and data dashboards
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams for GTM success
Candidate Profile
Must-Have:
2-5 years of experience in BD, partnerships, or institutional sales
Proven team-handling and end-to-end BD ownership
Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and execution skills
Nice-to-Have:
MBA
Experience in healthcare, wellness, education, CSR, or insurance sectors
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
