We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive to generate leads, engage with potential clients, conduct field visits, and support the sales cycle from prospecting to closure. This is a performance-driven role with attractive incentives for high achievers.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings
Conduct cold calling and develop a strong sales pipeline
Visit clients for business development activities
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Maintain customer data in CRM/sales software
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Support in proposal preparation, negotiations, and deal closures
Coordinate with internal teams for presentations, quotations, and order processing
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities
Ensure professionalism and high customer satisfaction
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
Freshers or candidates with up to 2 years of sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good numerical and analytical ability
Basic to intermediate computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools)
Self-driven, target-oriented, willing to travel for field visits
